A one on one restorative yoga practice designed to help rejuvenate and balance body and mind. A practice created to target skiing specific muscles. Designed simply to easily remember the sequences, to be able to keep a practice later on your own. Followed by a massage to help flush excess lactic acid, relieve muscle soreness and tension for a faster recovery for your next day on the hill.
60 min. Yoga + 60 min. Massage
Need a day of rest from the hill, new to yoga, want to execute your yoga asanas safely and learn the proper techniques with a one on one professional. This 2hrs is for you to utilize the way you want it. Choose from a restorative yoga to a more vigorous practice followed by a treatment of your choice.
