Bring your Yoga practice to the outdoor this summer; imagine doing Yoga while floating on one of Whistler's pristine lake.  Stand up paddle boards are a great trade from your yoga mat, they are wide and stable enough.  The element of water brings calm to our nervous system but challenges our balance while executing yoga asanas (poses).  This practice will take you further than the physical aspect, it will teach you how to be one with the element, to find your inner center, practice awareness, being present, surrender.  You could be practicing while the boards are floating around the lake or simply anchored in a calm area, while gazing at Whistler mountain peaks.  Expect a fun, flowing and possibly refreshing class!
