Embodying our body, mind and spirit through the healing art of Yoga

Yoga means to “Yoke”, to unite our body, mind and spirit.

Prana is our breath, a life force that lives within us.

Yoga balances our energy and unites breath through movement, allowing energy to move in and out of our bodies freely.

Yoga connects you to a deeper part of your being; you discover and create a relationship with your higher Self. You go inwards and unlock old patterns that have been stored in the cells of your body, initiating balance and harmony throughout your life. As you create an awareness with your breath patterns and body movements, you subtly unlock and release tensions that have been stored deep in the systems and tissues of your body.

Through movement, breath techniques, meditations and the ancient teachings of yoga, I have shifted who I am, how I lead my life, how I connect to nature and to others.

Breath is our best tool to free ourselves, by moving energy through breath we start to vibrate with higher frequencies. We free ourselves as we reawaken, love, joy and gratitude return.  We see ourselves as limitless beings. Beings with the ability to grow and evolve; we have the power to create and live our lives to our highest potential.

Every class, retreat and workshop I create is accessible for every single one of us. I am here to help you at whatever stage of the journey you are at. I strive to embody yoga in my everyday and create offerings that can help you to do the same.

Real lasting is attained as we yoke and unite our experiences, teachings and practices on the mat with our day to day lives.

Outdoor Yoga

I love to connect to all of the elements as I practice. And I have made all of my classes available in an outdoor setting.

I connect most when I am in nature as the environment amplifies energy movement. Whether in a park, forest, on the beach or on a paddle board floating on a lake or the ocean – yoga brings you into the moment and unites our body, mind and spirit.
